RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS POLICIES:
EKlecticCore wants to have a lasting relationship with every customer! Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with a shippable product that you purchased from us please click here to contact us within 14 days of the delivery date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA), and include:
* Order Number
* Item Number for RMA
* Detailed description of what's wrong with the item
We will respond with an RMA, and instructions of how to proceed.
Please do not return any products or shipments without an RMA. Returned shipments without an RMA cannot be verified, and therefore, will not be credited.
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled (i.e. if they have not shipped). If you need to cancel an order that has not shipped, please click here to contact us. Please note that time is of the essence when requesting a cancelation, therefore, simply requesting a cancelation does not guarantee that the shipment can be stopped. If you request a cancelation and we are unable to cancel the order, please follow the RMA process described above.
All returnable products must be received by us or our warehouse affiliates within 10 days of the issuance of an RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. EKlecticCore will assess a 10% restocking fee for returned products.
Please note that EKlecticCore does not offer RMAs or refunds for the following products:
EKlecticCore will issue a refund minus any applicable stocking fees. EKlecticCore will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, or as an in-store refund in the form of a Gift Voucher if necessary.
